Caryn M. Papantonakis

Attorney at Law

Caryn is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in all areas of personal injury law, with a focus on pharmaceutical and medical device liability cases as well as wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases. She has also represented plaintiffs in other areas of the law, including Mesothelioma lung cancer, toxic torts, products liability, commercial litigation and first party bad faith insurance claims. Caryn is licensed to practice law in courts in the States of Texas and Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Caryn serves on the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In Re: Davol/C.R. Bard Hernia Mesh Multi-Case Management consolidated litigation in Rhode Island state court. Caryn has been selected to the Texas Super Lawyers list 2017-2018.

Caryn co-founded the Texas Women Rainmakers, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation which is a Houston-based organization aimed at empowering women through education, mentorship and networking to advance themselves in the legal field and ultimately become their own rainmaker. Caryn also co-founded the Paula Gavrel Asher Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation which raises funds for breast cancer research. The Judiciary event for the Paula Gavrel Asher Foundation has won several awards from legal associations. Caryn is also a member of the Junior League of Houston.
