Erica Fauser was born and raised in Houston, Texas and earned her Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the Honors College at the University of Houston. After college, Erica worked for a non-profit in Cairo, Egypt promoting women’s rights and international human rights law in post-revolutionary Egypt. Erica’s experiences in Egypt motivated her to pursue her law degree. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois in 2016 and graduated cum laude. During her time in law school, Erica served as President of the Black Law Students’ Association, the International Law Society, and the Editor-in- Chief for her school’s Willem C. Vis Moot Court team.
Erica joined the Johnson Law Group in September 2017. She has experience in commercial litigation, insurance coverage and defense, immigration, and personal injury law. Her current practice is focused on Hernia Mesh litigation.
